Been working on My CEU since 7-17-26 on CEUFast. But this morning while doing a CEU class the program kicked me out and told me to sign in again. I tried and it said bad PW, which it wasn’t! Had them send a email to update PW. Never got email! Tried about 10 times today! Still got no help. No Customer service phone number to call either all online that’s it! But u can send them a email! Great ! Sent that this morning and have still NOT heard back from anyone to help! Guess I will have to pay again the $39.99 annual fee! Which for me will be $80 annual fee to get my CEU done ugh

My CEUS have not showed up at Al Board of Nurses. Other than that it is great. Thank you

I was unable to submit my CEU's to the Delaware Board of Nursing causing me to be late and now my license is suspended. Every time I tried be submit, it told they could not verify my license.

I have to repeat a course because, at the time, I didn't pay for the ability to print my certificate. I didn't realize the system would only save the certificate for 6 months for free. I needed to print the certificate for proof of this course for my state board of nursing. So, I paid the subscription fee only to find out there is no way to print it now. I find it interesting though that the person who responded to my email about not being able to retrieve the certificate was able to name the course I completed without me mentioning it. If the system keeps a record of the course I took, how hard would it be to be able to access the certificate? So, after I retake the course AND print the certificate, I will have no reason to pay an annual fee next year as it is unlikely I will use CEU fast in the future.

The varied amount of content is good. The content of the one CEU I did was good. The problem for me was the amount of questions required to complete and obtain the credits. There are other companies that offer the same CEU's that don't require that many questions for completion.

I like the ability to find many CEs and to track the ones you’ve completed. I do find it ridiculous that even the free courses will not be provided a CE certificate unless you purchase a subscription. If you’re only going to offer those few free courses, the least that could happen is you provide the completion certificates for them. If that was the case, I would have been more inclined to purchase a subscription. I ended up purchasing one because I already did the courses and I needed the CEs, which annoyed me so I will not be using this service again
