HORRIBLE & LACK OF TECH SUPPORT & PROFESSIONALISM
I paid for a full renewal 2yr RN required pkg for FL. CEU Fast made such a poor logistical decision to implement this entirely new software upgrade to their CE educational platform RIGHT at the time when a majority of FL nurses are renewing their licenses (by July 31) and for those that bought their CE pkgs were NEVER notified AT TIME of purchase or at ANY TIME (while going through our purchased CE courses) of this implementation and that the site would BECOME COMPLETELY UNUSABLE/SHUT DOWN on 7/23/26. Link just said it was an ERROR & UNAVAILABLE!! And it WOULD NOT TRANSFER ALREADY COMPLETED HOURS automatically to CE Broker (FL MQA BON). It was maddening as I was on urgent timeline. There is no phone number for ACTUAL LIVE support individuals or NO ONE whom will call back users of their services— despite me writing MULTIPLE EMAILS to their Support Team. Just email responses and that did not CLEARLY explained why it stopped. I then HAD TO GIVE UP on CEU FAST, requested a FULL REFUND multiple times for this irresponsible timing of an upgrade. CEU FAST could have pushed it back at an additional 2 weeks and let those that needed to work right up to the deadline to have that opportunity! NO REFUND OR EVEN RESPONSE to my request was EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED, much less refunded back to my credit card. So that was $39.95 GONE. It was completely unprofessional, disrespectful and anxiety inducing! I HAD TO PURCHASE A WHOLE OTHER PROGRAM & due to time frame, I had to physically enter every course manually into CE BROKER. Took me way more hours than it should have and took me right to night of deadline! I would NEVER RECOMMEND CEU FAST TO ANYONE JUST BASED ON LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AROUND SUPPORT for their MAIN income source LICENSED NURSES!
