Tests are too long

I’ve been using this site for almost 26 years and this is the first time I’ve ever had this issue. I will NOT be renewing my subscription! When I used the site to take a CEU class, The process is: I put in my state and title (CNA) and the classes pop up that are appropriate to take. I clicked on the classes thinking those were for my title when if fact they weren’t. I completed 41 hrs which is needed and when I turned in my hours to CDPH for license renewal it was declined. Turns out the classes I was taking had the AANC# and not the NAC# so I did not get credit and my renewal was denied. My license ended up expiring and I had to challenge the board. I’ve been out of work for almost 2 months while waiting for my new license. I am beyond frustrated by this misunderstanding on fastCEU behalf. Be careful should you choose to use this site.

you took my money for your service knowing I am a mi resident and you do not have what mi residents need- and would not refund me because of the deceitfulness - shame on you

I wanted to cancel my suscriptor after less then an hour to have done the course , and was told no. I did not even needed the certificate since I’m not a nurse lol , ended up paying $36 for nothing. I’m a behavior analyst assistant

I needed a CEU for my license. It let me do all the work then expected money until I could get my certificate. I can’t wait till I’m done with this stupid site to cancel!
