I am down to 4 hours of my CEUs and can't log in, and can't get customer service to respond, so any money I might have saved will go out the window as I will have to purchase another plan from another company to finish my CEUs in time for my license renewal.

Boring. Not easy to navigate. Too much reading. More videos and shorter reading would be great. Most of the content we already know. It’s mostly for refreshers.

In the past, I have gotten CEU’s from companies that did not require testing. You advertise that your company doesn’t but after I purchased them was told testing was required. I will go back to the company I was using previously. This is very misleading and would not recommend your company to anyone.

If you go to our course library here: https://ceufast.com/courses You can pick your profession and state. This will give you all the information regarding the requirements for your license and prioritize the courses you need. This give you the flexibility to choose what you want and not restrict you to specific courses.

I took the course for child abuse as required but it wasn't reported to my state board. I clicked alert my state board but they didn't get it so I have lost my license. I couldn't afford to pay the licensing fee again

Unfortunately there are no ceus available for my specialty heme/onc. So I will be unable to use these as both my license renewal and for my job requirements.

PA Board of Nursing states they were not notified that I completed the Child Abuse course on 9/18 and it’s now Oct 1 and my license expires soon. Difficult to reach anyone
