Hi David, we understand the security checkpoints can feel like a lot. They're there because most of our courses report completions directly to a state agency, which requires us to verify it's really you working through the material; after three missed security answers, there's a 30-minute lockout that we're not able to override, even on our end. We hear that the pacing on top of that felt excessive, and we'll pass that along. – Certus

Hi Jill, we hear the frustration. The pacing on longer modules is tied to state minimum seat-time requirements rather than something we set arbitrarily, and the security questions exist to confirm it's you completing the training for reporting purposes. If you needed an extension because of that pacing, that's exactly the kind of feedback we take back to the course design team. We never intend to inconvenience our students or get in the way of their success, we aim to provide the best experience possible, and we're sorry we fell short here. – Certus
