We regret to hear about the trouble your son experienced with their course transition. Earlier this year, we migrated to our new and improved Fusion platform to offer a more stable and user-friendly experience. Prior to the change, we provided multiple notifications to all legacy learners—both within the course and via email—well in advance of the legacy platform’s shutdown. Unfortunately, we’re unable to locate your son's account with the limited information available in this review, so we can’t confirm your specific enrollment details. Some of our online courses are regulated and include strict security and assessment requirements, which can result in a block from the course if certain validation steps or required assessments aren’t completed successfully. While we understand how frustrating it is to lose time or progress you've invested in your original course, we can see that you accepted the option to be re-enrolled by Customer Care. Despite the concerns, you've raised, it sounds like the fulfillment issue was ultimately resolved.
