We’re sorry to hear you experienced difficulty with the voice biometric authentication process. Upon reviewing your account, it appears that no audio was detected during your voice sample submission, which caused the system to pause your course until it could be reviewed by our Customer Care team. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially outside of our support hours, and it’s possible you chose to complete your course with another provider in the meantime. However, if you’d like to continue with us, your course has been unblocked so you can retrain your voice biometrics and proceed at your convenience. Additionally, we sincerely apologize for the delay in reaching out about this matter—we recently gained access to our Trustpilot review portal—and we appreciate your patience while we reviewed your feedback. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if there’s anything else we can do to assist.

We’re very sorry for the delay in responding—we recently gained access to our Trustpilot review portal and wanted to ensure your concerns were addressed. Some of our online courses are regulated and include strict security and assessment requirements, which can result in a course block if certain validation steps aren’t completed successfully. In your case, our team extended a courtesy re-enrollment at no additional cost to help offset the impact of restarting, as that was the only option permitted within the program’s regulatory limits. We understand how frustrating that must have been considering the time investment in the original course, and appreciate your feedback regarding course design and functionality, which we’ll review with our team for future improvements. If you’d like us to take another look at your account, we’d be happy to do so—please let us know.
