I paid for expedited reporting, which was clearly advertised to be submitted to the State of Florida within 24–48 hours. However, two weeks later, the State still has not received confirmation of my completed 10-Hour Cosmetology Continuing Education course. I’ve also been on hold for over 20 minutes trying to get this situation resolved, with no response. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

My child was repeatedly locked out of the coursework due to system glitches. After completing the course, instead of providing immediate access to the completion certificate, they try to upsell a digital copy for $9.95 — or you can wait five additional days to access it for free. This experience reflects the kind of business they operate. Do yourself and your child a favor and choose a different online course provider.

This company is a complete SCAM. I work in the office at a union company. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, save yourself a lot of headaches and time. The will NOT give a second chance if an apprentice fails a module. If you do not receive your card in mail, they make you pay for a new card. You will not be able to speak to a real person. You have to put in a "ticket" and hope for the best. Unfortunately, our current apprentices still had to go through Certus because we had some valid codes left. They already scammed us out of over 100 codes. FYI- You can get another chance at a module and the codes DO NOT expire. I did find a terrific company recently and we are very happy. Even more excited when I am totally done with Certus.

This people are thugs, because the system failed to recognize a security question, It logged me out and made me restart a course that have almost completed for many hours, then they asked me to pay again. unbelievable.

I wish my daughter would've done some research and we could have avoided this company totally . They are a total scam, my daughter was on module 9 and started asking her alot of random security question when we called we were on hold for over 1 hr and told we needed to verify identity which was only 4 questions then we asked why we were getting question we didn't know the answers since it didn't match ours we were told the system doesn't do that 😒🤨 her account t got locked out and we were told to re enroll and repurchase the entire thing ! SCAM,SCAN,SCAM ... we contacted the better business bureau because there's no way this can be legit. What company doesn't offer solutions /help just wants to keep taking your money ?

I don’t know how this company is still around? I took an 8hr SST refresher,after completion , I filled out and submitted an application to receive my current card. Until today I haven’t received anything. Theirs teams kept on rejecting my application but saying our records don’t match student records.

DO NOT USE!!!! Spent two days to take course and test to find out it went under someone elses name and could not get any employee to help let alone that could speak a lick of English.

Zero stars would be the most accurate. Our daughter completed all of the course work after required. When my husband went to upload the driving log, the site said we were locked out because we did not complete the requirements within 30 days. How could we do 180 hours of driving in 30 days? The only "option" was to reset the course and start over, resulting in our daughter not being able to obtain her license on time. AFTER they reset the course, it now says we have 365 days to complete. We are left with re-doing 19 chapters of ridiculously long course work or paying for an in person Driver's Ed. This course, the customer service and experience are a complete joke.
