I do not leave negative reviews lightly. I operate in hospitality myself, and this is the first negative review I have ever felt compelled to publish. In July 2024, my company entered into an agreement with Novak Partners Ltd, signed by Gurveer Singh, for an AI and restaurant growth programme that expressly included the creation and implementation of a product called Certus AI. I paid Novak Partners a total of £3,500: £1,500 in July 2024 and a further £2,000 in September 2024. When I eventually managed to speak with Gurveer, he told me that the business model had changed and that they were no longer providing the service I had purchased. I was therefore told that I would receive a full refund. Since then, I have spent well over a year trying to obtain that refund. On 2 March 2026, Gurveer apologised for not following up and told me that he would check with the finance team. On 22 May 2026, he said he would speak to the UK accountants and promised that I would “100% get an update” by the following Tuesday or Wednesday. That promised update never arrived. I continued chasing, but the £3,500 remains unpaid. I have tried to resolve this privately, patiently and reasonably. I am sharing my genuine experience because restaurant owners considering paying this business should understand the difficulties I have experienced obtaining either the promised service or my promised refund. I will willingly update this review if the refund is finally paid. Until then, I would advise potential customers to exercise considerable caution before handing over their money.
