I still have not received the id card
I still have not received the id card. I emailed you and did not receive reply. I got a downloadable pdf of service dog info, but no PHYSICAL ID CARD! Please send me a tracking number, still not received! Please resend. Thank you so much. The new card arrived today.

Hello Darleen, Your order was shipped using the service that you had chosen 2 business days after purchase. USPS First-class can be a bit slower than some of the others that you may be used to. Your ID was shipped and if it has not arrived within a day or 2 please give us a call and we can solve this problem ASAP. We have also tried to contact you through the phone number you supplied on the order form so feel free to reach out as soon as is convenient. Thank you, SDCA We have emailed a digital version of Theodore's card and will email the tracking for the additional re-sent card

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Delivery was about one week. I ordered an Xsmall for my Maltese and it was too big. So I ordered an xxsmall to replace it. Chris at this company telephoned me to make sure everything was taken care of and offered me a custom fit for dog. So I sent them a photo of my dog wearing the xsmall with measurements I am very happy with the service. I am glad you are on line to give out information about service dogs.

We strive to provide a user-friendly experience and that only happens when customers like you take the time to share it. There are sizing charts for the vests. These sizing charts are in the photo galleries where vests are offered. Instructions can be found where the vest size of your service dog is requested by a ? mark icon. If you hover or click on this icon, you are then directed to a sizing chart in the photo gallery. Please reach out and we will send an XX-Small vest for you to swap for the X-Small. Also, since we manufacture Service Dog products, we can provide a custom size to ensure a proper fit for Ket if this is necessary due to her small size. A REAL person answers the phone!
I had a question and called their number about 10 pm one night and expected to get an automated message. To my surprise, a REAL person answered the phone and he helped me! Now that is service!! I was referred to SDCA by my sister-in-law who also had a great experience.
