Hello Gary, I can understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Our daily 10-12 training sessions with our four legged friends can make it difficult to contact us through email during this time of day. According to my notes this issue was rectified as of 12:30pm. Really bad, i paid so much on the delivery and you've sent it to the other side of the countrey, you are not responding to any of you supporting email or help on the matter, really disappointment experience,
and after i've paid too much on this shipping 75$ i've to drive 3-4 hours to get my package ?!!?! which i need free day to do it, really really bad experience
Why you've requested shipping address if you are not sending it to the shipping address ??!!?

Hello Omer, have you checked your spam? All emails you have sent have been responded to very promptly. With all due respect I am not sure what you are referring to so I will paste all correspondence concerning this matter. The time stamp on the first email is a 15-minute response and the second email 45 minutes and that was after a call to DHL.

Hello Omer, I’m not sure why they’re asking you to pick it up. Have you ever had an international package delivered before? It can take a bit of time to get through your country’s customs and this might be a way of expediting. I'm really not sure but this service actually cost us $93.35. I apologize for any inconvenience you may have but we shipped your package to your house address. Attached is a copy of the shipping label. I just got off the phone with DHL and the package will be delivered to your address tomorrow. The confirmation number is 750848464 and the phone number for DHL Israel is 700707345 If would like to call and get a better idea of what is transpiring please call this number and provide them with the confirmation number. The name was wrong on the ID, there were no way to close the vest around my puppy and she is a ESA animal not a. service dog, her.label on her vest said service it was supposed to say ESA. I will be.sending.back the whole. package. Thank*you her name is ZoeMon'ae
