I really liked the week menu they provided, but it was kinda hard for me to follow it daily since i'm a mother of a 1year old. So it was difficult to prepare 3 different meals for each member of the family. But despite that it really help me organise my meals and i have seen difference even from the first week of trying. I recommend it!
