My weightloss journey…
I had the most relaxed and easy weightloss journey. Everything was calculated carefully so that I ve seen results from the first week. Every time I had a question it was answered very promptly so that I would make no mistake and sabotage my effort.

Mi sono presa carico della mia salute e con il vostro continuo aiuto ho preparato e scelto i pasti secondo le mie esigenze senza alcuna fatica. Alla mia età, compio 73 anni tra 20 giorni ho ripreso la mia linea in breve , anzi brevissimo tempo nonostante alcuni sgarri che ho avuto in domeniche passate fuori casa ma che in tre giorni ho recuperato. Ho recuperato anche le ore di sonno che le abbuffate serali mi impedivano. Pesavo 75 kg a maggio ed ora sono 65 ,mi sento energica ,attiva e positiva essendo il mio obbiettivo di raggiungere 62 kg. Lo consiglio a tutte le persone che desiderano prendersi cura della propria salute come ho fatto io

It was really great
It was really great! I had a plan of meal for every day, it wasn't the same, ingredients were variable, but not expensive, easy to buy. Sometimes my lifestyle made me to pass or change dish, but it was ok Dishes are so nourishing! I learnt not to eat the last piece, if I feal myself full. Now I reached the goal, adhere to the menu. The only drawback for me - I like fruits so much, more and more fruits!

Perdi peso con gusto
Con questo piano alimentare sono riuscita a mangiare e perdere peso, senza sentirmi affamata e sempre piena di energia. Avere un check ✅ ogni mattina mi ha fatto rimanere focalizzata sul motivo per cui lo stavo facendo. Tante ricette gustose ...perfetta per i più pigri . Gusto energia e perdita di peso ...
