Happy for the fast delivery, but unfortunately 1 item was broken 😥 Perhaps needed to be packed better for shipping?

Our team usually packs those bottles carefully, but sometimes the carriers don’t handle them as gently as we’d like. We’ll review the packing on our end to help prevent it from happening again. Cerini is great to deal with, just better packaging
Cerini is great to deal with. I've had several orders the past year. Orders are shipped promptly. My only reason for 4* instead of 5* is packaging. They use foam peanuts which are a pain to handle. Also, they are probably bad environmentally.

Just to clarify — the packing peanuts we use are biodegradable and eco-friendly. They’re made from cornstarch, completely water soluble, and safe for disposal. Be wary of reviews on their website - they don't allow anything below 5. But they have some really good coffee - stick to MEDIUM roast and Medium Blends.
Note: their online marketing throws away all reviews except 5 stars. So "all their coffee is great all the time" - and that is clearly not true. They do have some really good fresh-roasted coffee at reasonable prices and we have bought quite a bit of it. Avoid their dark roasts - they are bitter and monochromatic (one note), as is pretty typical. Also avoid flavored coffee - IMO they are artificial and distracting in a unpleasant way. Their good stuff include coffees: Bronx Zoo, Colombian, Davidson blend, and Costa Rican.
