Absolutely perfect! Johnny was wonderful…gave us good advice on how to remove the part of the express maker to send it to be repaired . Did a fabulous job Took one week from the first call to then send the part from North Carolina to NYC and get it back totally repaired!

Cerini customer service is something to behold. Johnny and the team are extremely knowledgeable. If it wasn't for him I may not have purchased the Olympia cremina. Will be back for more! Service was fast and efficient. Love my machine but I am so happy Johnny is there to help anyway possible.

This is my fourth or fifth order from Cerini and it will not be the last. I absolutely enjoy the opportunity to try new Italian pastas, coffees, pantry ingredients, soaps, and..., well, it's a long list. The service and products are topnotch. The packages are very carefully wrapped and never has anything arrived damaged.

Cerrini always ships my products wrapped beautifully, and they arrive in a timely manner and have never been damaged. It’s wonderful that they have a storefront so I can call and ask questions if necessary versus an online only business, that you can only correspond with through email.
