Good quality products let down by service. I’ve taken two stars off for slow dispatch(with lack of communication over a period of weeks) and poor service in trying to exchange for a different size. This resulted in me buying another pair of kicks and being told to try and sell the original pair, ultimately costing me extra.

My school has only been doing business with your company for 3 years. The organization I'm affiliated with has been doing so since your company's launch. And we've happily recommended your products to our clients. However, it has recently your company has decided to enter the realm of instruction, with your video streaming service. By doing so, you undercut those of us in the trenches, those who've been pedaling your products, those who're trying to make a living doing something we love. You cheapen the art by encouraging the idea that you can gain skill (not to mention the less obvious benefits to dojo training. Ie: community, confidence building, learning the upside of hard work and dedication, etc), without personal interaction, assistance or guidance. Before, as business owners, we put up with your higher prices because you offered a variety of products that we could not obtain elsewhere. That is no longer the case. There are now several other outlets that offer those products at much more reasonable pricing. (for example: your 5' x 10' folding panel mat - my cost through Century: $349.99. I get the same mat for $170.00 through another supplier). I understand your need to find new sources of revenue. This IS business after all. However, if your idea of business is torpedoing the businesses that helped build your company to what it is today; I am not willing to continue doing business with you.

We always welcome feedback from our partners in the trenches, who change lives in their communities. The online service you’re speaking of, Kick Flix, is simply a library of Martial Arts videos viewable through a subscription-based service, much like Amazon Video or Netflix. Rather than selling these instructional videos as DVDs, we are trying to meet the demands of our customers by offering the content online. The last thing we want do is to steer students away from a school or dojo. The vast majority of our customers are school owners and instructors looking for new material to keep their classes fresh. This website is designed to assist them by giving them ready access to an array of material. We have added messaging to the site for those not affiliated with a school or dojo, encouraging them to seek classroom training. Kick Flix is designed to augment martial arts instruction, not replace it – much like reading outside of school helps a student’s academic education. We thank you for your review and comments. Customer service for returns have no follow through. An item shipped damaged, pictures of the item was requested and sent and several follow up phones calls made and no response on replacement. Every other area has superior service.

Quality has been good for years but the constantly rising wholesale prices is getting ridiculous!!!!!!!!in a bad economy they take a big bite out of profits!i wish they would pass on a better deal to their wholesale clients !they are a monopoly and they know it!
