shabby as all heck

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Only decent one there is Sarah and these cheapskate bastards literally kept $20 from the shipping cost when I cancelled the order the moment I made it wanting to make a much bigger purchase later. Century is so broke they need $20 shipping fees when it was never shipped to my house to begin with. Seriously how petty can you be to customers

Horrible customer service. Takes my money but waits 2 weeks to tell me something is back ordered. No communication. Crap company. I’d rather pay for a lesser product than deal with their company. Do NOT recommend!

THIS SELLER IS A SCAMMER! DO NOT, PURCHASE HERE! All those other reviews must be paid 4. THIS IS A SHIPPING SCAM. They take your money then send a damaged package that the delivery service won't deliver. Then when you come back to Amazon for a refund, the option is not there. I had to dispute this with my bank to get my money back. That also means the seller gets to keep the money they steal. DONT SHOP HERE!!

Very rude customer service, then numerous emails ignored from Alaidria customer service. Seeking legal advice, all emails have been recorded as item not fit for purpose and faulty. Century not fulfilling 1 year warranty. We run a large martial arts club in UK and will be contacting British Martial Arts & Boxing Association to advise them of Century customer service and warranty.

Sent me my order with missing parts, then charged me again for the parts. Very scammy, would avoid

I ordered the book Bruce Lee in Black Belt Magazine several weeks ago. It arrived with the cover almost completely torn off and it was not damaged in shipping, it was in this condition from the publisher. After many emails for over a week now, with the Acquistion Marketing and VIP Customer Service Reps promising to replace the book, a new one has not been shipped and I doubt they plan to do so.

Horrible customer service.... Have never dealt with a company so bad. No one seems to care.Beware
