Booked a trip through Centurion Jets out of Teterboro and it all went smooth, crew was there early and the plane was clean. The quote they gave me is what I actually paid so no surprises at the end.

Centurion Jets gave us an amazing experience from start to finish. They worked with us to find a charter that met our time needs and budget. They kept in constant communication and followed through after the trip.

Excellent customer service! We left some important materials on our plane during a recent European trip and they immediately helped us contact the pilot and retrieve our materials. That’s what I call outstanding service!

Can not say enough about how great our experience was with Centurion Jets and Mearon. This flight was critical in planning on making two events for our family and everything was perfect. Mearon's communication is was always excellent and our pilot was very friendly. I would definitely recommend using Centurion.

We've just returned from our second R/T with Centurion Jets this year. The first was bit chaotic because of closed airports and lack of customs availability due to inclement weather. Mearon worked tirelessly to get us a slot at TEB (our original destination) after rearranging airports and limos several times. That alone showed me the dedication and professionalism of Centurion Jets. Mearon won my business going forward. The second trip was flawless and uneventful, just as expected.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very responsive to changes

When I initially reached out to Mearon/Centurion Jets, I explained my situation in detail to Mearon and also indicated that I'd never flown on a charter flight before and did not know what to expect. I made it clear that I'd likely have a lot of questions. Incredibly, Mearon took that to heart and was infinitely patient as he described every step of the process of choosing a plane, how to book and pros and cons of different planes. We talked through exactly how to pay for my flight and kindly answered all my "what if..." questions. After he sent me my itinerary, I noticed that ground transportation was something he could arrange as well. I was traveling with my animals - one of which is an extra large dog - and ground transportation was something I was concerned about. After asking Mearon about it, he assured me he would set it up for me. I had questions about exactly what to expect when we landed in our destination country and Mearon talked me through what I'd need to do. Detailed, step-by-step instructions. The day before our flight, he sent me the ground transportation information as well. When we landed, as Mearon said, I was ushered through every step of the immigrations and customs experience by the ground team. I didn't have to wonder where I was going next or who I was talking to next. They just directed me to the next person. Both Immigration and Customs were in the private terminal so one of the concerns I had was immediately allayed by that. They were all aware that I didn't speak the local language and were extremely patient with me. Once we were through Immigration and Customs, I was informed that Mearon had made it very clear to them how big my dog was and that they needed the biggest vehicle for me. Mearon did an excellent job with that as the vehicle that was assigned was MORE than big enough to hold us and all of our things. Once I was settled in my rental, I realized I had not received an email from the car rental company stating my rental car had been returned. I emailed Mearon and he made some calls to confirm that it had been returned and the time it had been returned. Essentially, Mearon turned what was the last part of my highly stressful planned trip into the easiest part of the trip by far. I could not thank him enough for his help and guidance. I think the only thing I'll do differently the next time I fly with my extra large dog is rent a larger jet. But I can guarantee that it'll be Mearon and Centurion Jets that I reach out to for scheduling and planning that future flight.

5 Stars Mearon / Centurion - we were accommodated very quickly under some very pressing circumstances. We had the plane request within a day and all the logistics were perfect. The staff and pilot were very friendly and made our trip exceptional . Thank you !
