October 17th 2018. They make it really hard for you to cancel subscription on Snapchat and on Fancentro , I had to get overcharged to realize how to cancel. Since you make it so easy to add a Snapchat, you should make it equally as easy to cancel. But there’s no way to cancel it on the Snapchat app, or the website that you subscribe at fancentro. I was also originally charged $205 for a trial subscription, then reached out to you guys and you told me you wouldn’t reimburse me $205, but instead charge me another $205 and lock me out of the premium Snapchat‘s.! So at the moment I’m in the whole $400 because Of this. If you made it easier to unsubscribe I would not have been charged 200 extra dollars, and then have to reach out and then charged again.! I need this fixed as soon as possible this is not a little bit of money for of this. They have refunded me everything back. They were great about everything. This is a 100% honest review. I will continue to use Fancentro and what they offer on they’re platform.., thank you
