Also please note that we do not charge for free trial subscriptions, but rather instruct your bank to reserve an amount on your card. Hi Caiden, You have two subscriptions. The one that you are asking for a refund has been created only yesterday. The other one was created on 15th, and you haven't reported any issues about it. So please clarify - is ​yesterday's one really the one you've been waiting to be added for 5 days? Hi Michael, Usually, customers apply for a refund using our website centrobill.com. Once you've logged in it must be pretty straightforward. However, due to your lightning fast notification, I've already done that for you. You must've received an email notification from us already, and give it a day for the refund to reflect in your bank statement. Regards, Centrobill Support

Hi Martin, I can confirm both were unsubbed and the funds were released. It should take at most 24 hours for your bank to reflect the credit (so this must've already happened as of the moment of writing this reply).
