RE: This is a dishonest and fraudulent…
This is a dishonest and fraudulent firm. I like many other customers have been taken for a loop. We are now allowed to see our memberships or current activities. It just sends us to the main page. They have a phone number and it just sends up to the same loop. I emailed but never got any response. I signed up for a free day trial. I never received the trial. I was furious about it and proceeded to go and cancel my free trial but it does not allow me to. I am in the process of writing a complaint with the BBB. Re:: I find it shameful that reviews are responded to before customer support is reached. [Ticket#2019010910002784] Please allow me to cancel my free trial and not accrue a bill. I would like a refund of the 60$ i was taken from for a FREE trial.

Dear anonymous friend,
Please quote your order number ( “reference number” that you were asked during review submit) or a ticket number that you have received in auto-reply from Centrobill customer support team when you submitted your inquiry.
UPDATED:
Dear Keith,
1) As of right this second you were not charged at all. Only the amounts were reserved on your credit card to make sure you have sufficient funds if you decide to keep using the service. The actual charges only would take place after the end of trial period. Reserved amounts are released automatically if the free trial is cancelled during trial period.
2) The fact that you have written 1-star review without even trying to contact a company gives us an impression that you are a dishonest person looking to commit fraud to a legitimate business. We will be looking to block you permanently from using any of our services ever again.
3) Self-cancellation has always been available via your account at centrobill.com, and should not have taken you more than a minute to complete.

Ive subscribed a£1 trail and i dont know how come i ended up subscribed on two websites so total are £2 and i cancelled it the same day which I understand that I will have to pay £2 to centrobil. But few days later i received an email said that I had a failed payment and i have to go in to a website and repaid two bills so now total was about £24.- and yes i did repaid and get an email comfirm then few days later again received another Failed payment and now the amount go up more and more so I reply to that email said that I got all my bank statement shows that i always got the money in my account and its not my fault that they couldnt withdraw the money off my account. Then I havent receive any email until yesterday the 1st Jan 2019. I received an email from collection@fairmount said that i now have to pay €87.28 and if not they will recommend their clients to transfer the debt-collection process to a law firm.
Does anyone in the same situation as me? And what should i do? The address they gave are so strange and also tge bank account details doesnt sound right.
Please help!!!

Dear Kanokphet,
There was no cancellation made on same day. Most probably the "cancellation procedure" you refer to in your post was indeed payment revocation at your bank, which resulted in additional fines imposed on Centrobill.
Our customer support team will be in touch with you again to settle this issue to mutual satisfaction.

Its pathetically bad
Its pathetically bad. I made a purchase that I decided to not do but at the end it still charged me. Granted it was only 15 dollars but it's still money. But if you choose to not do it at the last minute I believe it should not charge you. Why they do it I dont know but they should be shut down. Not only that in order to get your money back you basically have to report to not only the police but have to report some type of identity theft for something as basic as only a refund.

Still Waiting
I tried contacting them for a refund on something that overcharged me for a few days and I got no response. Unless I got a response somewhere that I don't know about, then I'm still waiting.
November 8: Tried contacting them a few times since, still got no response. This is pathetic, shameful and just disgraceful.

Horriffic Customer Service and Experience.
I was in the middle of a trip when I realized I didn't cancel a membership when I checked my credit card online, so I cancelled the membership but did not receive a cancellation. I thought nothing of it as some companies don't send cancellation confirmations, I did want to follow up, but as I was in the middle of a trip I forgot when I got back.
So when I saw my card was charged next month, I cancelled again a week after the charge, I called my bank and explained the situation so they did a credit adjustment for me, and suddenly received an email saying that I owed them money, and it was 5 USD more than the regular bill, and that I have 5 Business Days to pay, and that counts as Day 1. Unfortunately when I saw the email it was end of Day 2 already.
Day 3 I messaged their support team, My message was explaining what happened and that they would hopefully understand, I accepted it was my mistake but was hoping that there is a shred of humanity. but I did not receive anything until beginning of Day 4, they regurgitated the rules and regulations but did not actually answer my question about the notice I received.
Day 4 I went to the bank, I wanted this ordeal to be done with and move on. They provided me with payment information on the "demand for a payment as a direct bank transfer" notice. However, my bank told me that they need an address of the bank and of the office of the business. I responded to the support asking them for this information. I also called my credit card to see why it would have been cancelled and they said they did credit me the amount when I explained the situation, but they did not cancel the payment, so there was no reason for these funds to have gone back. In either case, I accept the situation and am fine with paying. But I also messaged back the support advising them this, and I also asked for the option of E transferring, or for them to just charge my credit card back. I did not hear anything until the morning of Day 5.
Their response had no answer to any of my questions, just responded about the screen grab about why there is a chargeback on my account profile. I responded another 2 or 3 times, asking what is this address, for a 2nd or 3rd time at this point. I also advised them that I have seen reviews about this so now I know I am not the only one going through this. And that I want that address so I do not get charged an additional $5 USD for something that now is clearly their fault.
It is now Day 6. I still do not know the address, I have not heard anything at all. They seem to have a literal 24 hour support, which means they respond once a day, and then leave you high and dry, and now not only do I owe $5 USD on top of the original $19 USD for an apparent non payment. But I will also owe another $5 USD because the support team is apparently incapable of providing me with the information I had asked for twice now.
This is a terrible customer service practice, especially since I had already admitted to this being my fault in the first place. Now I refuse to pay that additional $5 USD as I have asked more than once for the information that I needed and did not receive a response.

One word
One word: scammers.
They don't have their billing in order which results in account terminations but billing still occurs

Centrobill will also charge your card a day earlier than they should. I went to cancel a membership and discovered that they had already charged my card a day early. So if you cancel be sure to cancel at least two or three days before your day comes up or they will get you.
