I cant even form an opinion yet because they won't let me purchase anything even though my cards clearly have money in them. Need answers onto why my card keeps declining when i have more than enough money in them.

I subscribed a month ago to a girl and unsubscribed about a week later and deleted my account but still getting charged for it, money after coming out of my bank account two days ago.

ITs a good service I just went to get a free trial for a day then on my snapchat I had another but when I looked to cancel no option appeared (note that I use mobile so I don't know if it matters) but today I was charged for both and I asked for a refund hoping they respond as I have had my entire wallet emptied I will delete my account once I'm refunded to avoid a further issue

I emailed Thursday and still haven’t gotten a response. I got charged another $75. I haven’t been using cento. I used it for 3 months after paying the initial $75. I did my know it would keep charging me. Hoping for a cancellation and a refund on the last 2 charges.

I am requesting a refund due too my card being charged $25.98 (the monthly price) when i selected the "Try me" Option priced at $5.99 . I was under the understanding I wouldn't recieve the full monthly bill atop the "Try me" bill as well all billed at once . I'd Like A Refund .

In my perspective, I don’t really like how fan centro needs our credit card info for the 1 day free trial. Respectively, I believe that our credit card info shouldn’t be a requirement until we’ve decided that we actually want to purchase a subscription. I know that we can cancel our subscription afterwards, however, I do not want to go through the experience of fan centro continuously charging me even after I’ve canceled it. Personally, I just feel that it would convince me way better to buy a subscription if they didn’t require my credit card information from the jump. Sincerely, Precious Rosado
