We didn’t charge you. However, we instructed your bank to reserve an amount on your card for the full membership. Some banks may display this as a charge, but it’s not. The amount reserved for us will only be charged when the trial period is finished. If you cancel the trial, amount will be released automatically.

Hello, I have purchased a premium subscription from a model, resulting in she blocking me over allegations that are not true. I have the full SnapChat history of me trying to prove that I was not taking screenshots of her story. I even went to research online and discovered a pretty common SnapChat glitch that falsy notifies the user that a screenshot of her story has been taken when that was absolutely not the case. I also have proof of how long did it take me to make a decision to get her premium and I would not waste my money over a useless screenshot. I'm also taking this to SnapChat as I feel absolutely robbed by her. Please help me address this problem and do what is right, as I am in no way at fault of what happened. Thanks.
