I was told it was a free Trial one day free trial but money was taken out my account immediately n the day free trial was pointless because nothing happened on that day I wasn’t added back and I was charged before I got the trial 😔

Called to have a transaction on a CLOSED/DELEATED ACCOUNT rectified, still nobody has contacted me. Centrobill can certainly respond to reviews posted on this website, but cant handle the business of fraudulent transactions. Dont bother trying to call or contact a person there, it wont so any good. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. They wont respond to emails either.

Dear Patrick, On July 29th we've replied to your inquiry from the day before, confirming that your subscription is active and explained how to cancel it. It's still active as of now, so we assume you decided not to cancel it for whatever reason. Until July 28th we had no support inquiries or cancellation requests from your email address or mentioning your username. I wanted a one moth subscription and it gave me no choice but to get the year subscription and I still cannot see anything . I need at least the year refunded because I didn’t want that . Now I have no money for my medicine that I need to stay alive . Horrible. If you’re lucky enough to have not purchased anything yet, don’t . Keep your money . This over charging is gross and they aren’t giving me my money back , so I’m going to the better business bureau and giving them a bad score there too. My only thing is that I need the largest charge refunded I’m leaving my order number below for centrobill to see if they could remove the transaction and refund me my money

Dear Edgar, Applying for a refund is as easy as going to centrohelp.com and making a few clicks. And there would be not a single reason to not fulfil your request to your fullest satisfaction. You mailed us on Saturday evening, in our auto-reply you were provided instructions on how to cancel your subscription and our response time frames. Nevertheless you left this review just 30 minutes later, and even your subscription is still active. How honest is that, Edgar? Regards, Centrobill Team

I paid for a subscription to an adult website managed by Centrobill. The conditions were that the subscription was renewed every two months. Suddenly, my site access stopped and the message was my account was inactive either because my membership has expired or there was a problem processing my payment. None of those two conditions exist. I have been charged for the rolling two months subscription and my current subscription was not due to expire for about six weeks. Over a period of about three weeks I sent five messages directly to Centrobill from the website detailing all of the issues. I got no response. I also sent two messages directly to Centrobill from their own site. Again, I got no response. I am absolutely appalled by the level of customer service. In fact, there is no customer service. A quick look at the reviews found here don’t give me any comfort about the ability of Centrobill to deal with customer’s concerns.

So if you suspect your card was stolen, please notify your bank, report this case to the police and ask them to reach out to [email protected] to receive more information. We will willingly disclose all the information that we know about the person who initiated those charges and immediately issue full refunds. However, if there is a chance that someone from your household used your card without your permission, please send us an email to [email protected] quoting your card's last 4 digits.
