Pretty easy to work with. I have a few customers that have had issues with answering service so I've requested the recordings. I've noticed that the enthusiasm of the operators isn't always what I'd like to hear but they always maintain a professional attitude even when my customer is being unreasonable. An unethustic answer scores a 4-star rating but it is bumped to a 5-star for maintaining professionalism in the midst of negativity.

Pretty good for the most part. Occasionally you will get the operators that fat finger the keyboard and type in incorrect spellings of people's names, addresses or phone numbers. I have had customers complain that the operators are sometimes too robotic and the way they speak to the customer. But then again I've had customers complement deficiency.
