We are the receiver of the shipment. Our shipment was picked up by Central Transport July 8, 2021. The seller checked with Central Transport as to the shipping time estimate to our location. We were told the estimated delivery time was 5 days to Centralia WA, 21 days later we still have not received our product. Central's website still estimates 5 days. Our shipment at time of this writing is still sitting in Tacoma with an estimated delivery July 26. If Central is true to its proven lack of load management, we can only hope, but feel it will stay at the Olympia terminal for at least 3 days. Tracking the shipment indicates that on July 8 it was in Bloomingdale CA and sat there for 3 days, then it went to Los Angeles and sat there for about 3 days, then it went to Portland OR and sat there for about 3 days, then arrived at Tacoma WA on July 20, 2021, and as of now it is still there (Tacoma). The estimated delivery date was first July 14th, then July 16th, then July 19th then July 20th then the 21st then the 22nd then the 23rd and now is the 26th. This shipment appears to be just sitting on a trailer for 3 or more days at each terminal. Very poor dispatch and load management by Central Transport. Portland is 90 minutes south of our location and Tacoma is 45 minutes north. We have checked and you also have a facility in Olympia which is only 20 miles north. For the amount paid for shipping fee, we could have driven to the first terminal picked up the product ourselves in an easy 4-day round trip. Now knowing the poor service from Central Transport, we should have.
