So remarkably bad. Yes rates are cheaper than most but they make promises that they cant keep. Far better off paying a couple 100 more bucks and getting things delivered on time than waiting for this s--tshow to deliver. Awful, truly awful.

9 8 21 Pennsylvania PA to Tucson Arizona 9 14 21 terminal E T A rimes for delivery has gone from 9/15 9/16 back to 9/15 to 9/16 to 9/17 Emailed them this morning and now its 9/20/21 Lay's 7 days at terminal here locally until they can build a good money making route They care nothing about customer service Its always an overload / increased volume of trucks to unload at terminal I more than likely will not see my delivery till October There's always an excuse The tracing system is a joke and amounts to lies

Quick update on the below statement: Just when I thought this company couldn't get worse they go and out do themselves. Now that they finally were able to get my pallet off the truck after 2 weeks, they then realize that they don't have a lift gate to transport it down here with. Oh it gets worse even then; they can't figure out how to get a lift gate for the next 3 weeks. So it will be at least 5 weeks before I can get my pallet delivered. I really wish there was a rating below 1. This is the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. The package arrived at their company on Saturday and was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I contacted them on Monday morning to schedule the delivery and was told that I needed to make an appointment for delivery and there was no way of doing that today. They would call later that day to schedule the shipment for Tuesday. No call back of course so I called first thing Tuesday and was told because of staff shortage they wouldn't be even able to get to the truck that had my package for several more day and there was nothing they could do about it. They would call back whenever they get around to unloading that truck. So it takes 2 days to get a pack from George to Ft Myers FL and 6 days to get it from Ft Myers FL to Naples FL which is a total of about 35 miles. What a joke of a company.

Worst company on the face of the earth! - Do not deliver on time. - You wait hours waiting on the phone that someone answers and the then they send your call to the other department where you wait hours again toll yo do not give up. - they do not call you to schedule a delivery of you call them. I had a 2 day delivery and now it is a week and i have no clue what to do.

I purchased some artwork worth almost $1,000 from my vendor and they shipped it to my storage facility (since my shop was still under construction). I set specific instructions to have the delivery truck call me when they are on their way, but I received no such call. When I requested info on the delivery, the delivery company (Central Transport) informed me that it was delivered and signed for. I found out (after investigating this myself), that the package was propped up against a wall in the middle of a large storage area (not mine) and left there without being on a pallet (as shown on the invoice) and no call to me. The driver must have signed it himself as it was signed with an X. It must have sat there for a week. It rained on it and when the storage manager saw that no one had claimed the damaged goods, he threw it away. I only know this because I had him access their security cameras. I followed up with the shipper (Central Transport) myself who said that unless I have a clear image of the drivers name tag, then there is nothing they can do. So basically I lost $1000 because of an incompetent driver and a horrible company that backed up his awful behavior.

Worst company ever. Don't communicate, don't respond. They are a parasite. Use at your own risk.

Do not use this tracking company . Something that they promised me to be delivered in 3 days . Took 2 weeks . Horrible customer service . My shipment was sitting for 6 days in the depot1 hour away from the destination . And when I called they threatened to return it back . My customers cancel orders because of delay and business lost a lot of money .

This company is crooked and doesn't deliver your merchandise on-time or in my case ever. Shipment has been in there possession since 7/15/21 and today is 8/31/21... 45 DAYS my shipment has stayed at there location here in Medford, OR. Over 20 plus times I have called and gotten excuse after excuse... lack of drivers, setup 4 times to deliver with no delivery through customer service, no one calls you back from the terminal... even CH ROBINSON can't get ahold of them.. there the ones that hired this sham of a company! No refund, no apologies and no accountability. I would suggest they stop taking shipments until they get caught up. If you get the opportunity to talk to a manager "Rachel" apparently is the CEO of the company... all I can say is wow what a GEM! my suggestion do as I did and call your local police department and file a stolen case. That is the only reason this company has reached out to me in regards to my missing shipment. I still haven't received my shipment however the police are assisting me with this crooked company.
