We did receive your e-mail and if given ample time to reply we would have offered you a refund or replacement, which we will do. The part could have been installed wrong, it might not have been compatible with your model, it may have been defective. The issue you experienced could be due to one or more of these factors. We are a small business with 9-5 working hours. We received your e-mail at 8pm and then two hours later you left this negative review. You never even gave us a chance to make it right before leaving this review. We understand the "want it yesterday" mentality but we cannot provide the prompt customer service response that big business can (like Amazon). It's not fair that you "punish" us for it by leaving a review like this. We have over 17,000 - 5-Star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - positive feedbacks and reviews across multiple platforms and marketplaces worldwide. That does not happen with bad products and bad customer service. We are here for you and will make this right with you.

A mold or printing error slipping through is never okay and we're genuinely sorry about that — but we're really glad the team got a full replacement out to you quickly and that it landed perfectly second time around. The Sony WH-1000XM2 headband is one of the most notorious breaking points in the headphone world, which is exactly why we engineered a dedicated repair kit for it — because nobody should have to bin a great pair of headphones over a design flaw that was never their fault.
