I am a doctoral student at Grand Canyon University in Arizona. I started working with Austin about 5 months ago after I decided that I needed help collecting my data for my Mindfulness Project. Austin O. is the best. He stayed with me during this entire process. I had several questions as I was preparing the survey, and Austin is so awesome. He provided me with video instruction and detailed emails. He was always super kind and patient with me. He is a gem. I am on a tight deadline, so he even expedited the data collection. These guys are great to work with. They delivered everything that was promised and we got the responses very fast (in less than a week once our survey has been set up). Also, their services are very reasonably priced, especially when compared to some of their competitors I'd been in touch with before we decided to go with Centiment. Great experience! Prices were reasonable, the interface is very clear, and Derek in particular was extremely helpful and communicative. Our target was B2C with several screening requirements, and we still got quick results.

Derek was very responsive and helpful. The user experience was pretty straightforward and automated. The survey results came back quickly and look to be of good quality. Good way to get affordable, fast primary research with a defined target market. Our scope was US and Canada full time employees.
