Not upto the mark service. Customer service is one of the worst in the industry. You would be looking to migrate your site in a month or two after using them. PS:- Just proved my point about the support with his reply.Rather than accepting the fault in their migration system blaming everything on me. After this post offered me one more month service and added it here in his reply and asked to change the review in support ticket. Well my friend keep your free month and your hosting resources. I was gonna move to other service in two months time now I am moving right away.

Customer support was a big deal.Has several issue with old web host. they were able to migrate my site and help fix the issue on my site so it could work.

I have been using their colocation servers for my two servers. I have only had to use support a few times and they were able to solve my issue and get my server back online in no time.

Very bad. I observed server downtime many times a day from last 6 months. I have been reporting this issue from last 6 months. But they replied that their hosting was fine. I have fed up with centex hosting and moved to hostwinds. After that never observed downtime with hostwinds where as 10-15 times down time observed with centex hosting per day.
