Poor customer service. This is one of the worst customer services that you could ever get in the whole industry. By using them, you will probably be thinking to move to another server within one or two months. PS:- Here he proves my point about the customer service, Rather than owning up to the mistake which is in their migration process and blaming everything on me. In return for posting here, they have offered me an extra month of service and put that in his reply. Now you know what? They can keep their free month and hosting services. I thought to switch to another server within a couple of months, but now I am going to leave them right away. With Quickricotech, my stressful life has become very systematic.

Worst experience ever. It’s on 970 Barton st E. I clicked on regular pump and tried filling but it automatically chose premium gas and filled it even I clicked 3 times when I went inside the store the guy said the gas pump touched the button lol it’s crazy and it’s know it’s a scam worst experience ever. Never going back to that place again. Beware of it

Sold their customers to another host. Other host charges a lot more. went from $9.95 to $35.99/m CentexHosting screwed us!

So far, so bad, service down for the last 2 days, imagine a down time of two days, no customer support, they don't answer to tickets, their websites was down too, can you trust a host provider with a non working website. so far they are not answering customer's requests, and they did not explain why their service is down.

Don't trust this company! Your money and data will be lost.

If you're looking for a company that he is truly responsive to your needs… You can stop looking! CenTex has been here for us when we needed them the most!

I have been using CenText Hosting for my business site for sometimes now. Never had any downtime and when i did need to contact support they were able to help with no issue.Great team here.
