Two 30 minute phone calls today - only to be told that I cannot order an override for my cancer meds today. i have to call back in 10 days, order May, once that is delivered, I can then call back and wait another hour on the phone for my June order. that will be three hours - sure with there was another option for this medication. Such poor service.

Center well health doesn't have enough employees for patients. Have used them in past but this time has been terrible

The scheduling coordinators and director at the Urbandale, IA location are horrible! They need some additional training in interpersonal skills, communication, professional conduct, and problem resolution. I'm trying to help my dependent and vulnerable parents navigate the numerous appointments and every time I've called with concerns or questions, they are reluctant to help and just say we'll make a note of it. They never call and confirm details with me even though I've asked them too since my parents have memory problems. They tell me to call them, so I do, but then I get rudely talked over. My mother fell twice and was left alone for over 45 minutes twice. I reported my concerns about the family member who did this, and they didn't report it to DHS nor offer hardly any assistance. The therapists have been great to my parents but the office workers make this stressful situation that I am new to even more unbearable.

If I could negative stars I would. The absolute worse experience ever. Cannot get prescriptions filled. Will not fill prescriptions that my primary care doctor ordered. Will hold ALL of my prescriptions because they disagree with one of the medications. Cannot get ANY help on the chat line. Try calling and your on hold 30 minutes or more only to have no resolution to your issues. I did not think it was at all possible that any PMB could be worse than Express Scripts, but this one is. The Medicare prescription drug plan may be low cost, but you get practically nothing at all.

Zero stars. They will throw an 86year old woman who was a patient 15 years right out the door they accept humana but not her new humana medicaid. THEY REFUSED A 15 YEAR PAYIENT WHO IS 86 RIGHT OUT THE DOor. Cancelled all her future appointments. REFUSE TO TAKE HER AS AN OUT OF NETWORK PATIENT AfTER 15 YEARS. PFIZER CHANGED HER RETIREMENT PLAN AND ALL CENTERHELL CAN DO IS SAY SOTTY ITS OUR POLICY. Isn't it tHE DoCTORS DECISION WHATS BEST FOR the patient?? Stay far away from centerhell

Do not use centerwell they will have ypu running in circles of confusion the app does not always work but the customer service is why I left. U gotta call alot because it will lock u out of the account. Then u get to talk to someone who has no knowledge of how thier own system works. And will be rude condescending and not let u answer questions they ask.no resolution ! Just stick to local pharmacies they deliver too.

Pt was great and worked with improving my leg. Ot was terrible, did no therapy, used bathroom and left. Scheduling was bad, would call late afternoon to come early morning next day, or show up next day with no schedule set up.

Had a nurse was supposed to visit me to resurt me. Said she call me but her number never came up on my phone. She didn't leave a number. End of day i call office to see why my nurse didn't show up. The office person but the nurse that call me on three way. She stated she call. I said i didn't get her call. So so comes out the next day. This nurse was so rough with my leg i sarted to pull my leg away but i needed it done.Call ofice to tell them i don't want her back out to my home. The lady Gill said ok. Well, they sent her again. I call to talk to the higher up supervisor and told her about my situation and i could tell real fast that was a mistake. I could tell right away they didn't want to hear me out. I call back to ask for corporate office number, and they said they didn't know it. Now this Gill nurse calls me and they wouldn't be seeing me any longer. LOL, So i have word this nurse that a lot of patients complain about that here mom is on the board of directors. Go figure. This Louisville location is so corrupted. They cater to this one nurse for she is their Guinea Pig at this location. LOL they all need one. Then this Gill person sends my doctor i talk and make their nurses made. LMBO for me and my nurses enjoyed one another. I appreciate anyone that will help me. My other three nurses were top notch, and we all had fun talking. . I have filed a case with the Ethics Community and the Ky. Board of Nursing. This Louisville location people are liars. Humana with all these negative reviews won't investigate nothing. I am if i have to get a layer.
