Someone was generous with their 2 star review! Im giving them 1. Total disappointment! I I only use them for my diet medication. But honestly am going to go with my private insurance. The Dr. Hooked me up with these very interesting people. The man I get on the phone puts me on hold purposely and wont come back on the line. 2. It does NOT PROVIDE A SECURE WEBSITE! SENIORS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS. 3. I personally think this place is a scam. And im a Medical Professional. Scary. 4. You want to be able to speak with your Pharmacist not a Joe Schmo from the Streets. 5. Do not put important information online for these people. Keep it simple . And use a credit card with not a lot of funds on it.

This mail order thing is so so bad, especially if you have an critically important medication. I do not accept any excuses from Humana/Centerwell pointing fingers at USPS. Every other provider uses a guaranteed delivery service like FedX, UPS, DHL, etc. I even offered to pay for one of those instead of watching a "2-3 calendar day" delivery turn into 8 days.

We have found that the senior administrative staff at Pinellas to be rude and have mistreated my wife and has made her pain and suffering worse than before. We fired her PCP for lack of care. The Senior Administrator Courtney Orrange told us she would have her subordinate Jennefer send as an apology by email which never happen and when we gave her the option to apology for the pain and suffering my wife had at the facility she wrote in an email and I quote " I apologize to you both felt during your time at Pinellas" which is not an apology for the facts are at the Pinellas she has suffered a great deal more of pain and suffering due to the lack of care and concern for her wellbeing. Furthermore, when she needed a referral for her medical issues, they took months to do it and sent the wrong referral more than once. My wife is paraplegic and to do this to someone is disgusting and uncalled for. We do not recommend using Miguel Andres Mantilla-Villamizar, MD who was her PCP or the Pinellas office They are far from helpful. Courtney has lied to us more than once. They never research referrals for quality of care. We have all the documentation. It is our opinion and experience do not trust the Pinellas with your Health or Quality of Care.

Centerwell has the worst home care service, it's very unreliable, incompetent RNs and supervisor. They come in on the initial assessment and no follow up there after. You have to keep calling for labs draw and its incomplete per Dr ordered. Constant excuses and repetitive excuses from them. I would never recommend anyone to use them. It defeats the purpose of calling them because they do not call back. On their logo it says "Bringing compassionate care home" and " call us first to avoid unplanned hospitalization" is false advertising. My mom has been back 5 weeks from the hospital we only saw the nurse once during the initial assessment. It's inappropriate to operate a business in healthcare if you can't fulfilled your job description.

Centerwell stopped taking our part c medical provider Blue Cross. We were told we may have out of pocket and we said ok, just to keep my wife’s doctor. They made our account inactive, without giving us notice. When I called them about refusing to renew my wife’s prescription, they said their policy now is your have to do 4 appointments with them. Medicare will not pay for 4 wellness checks a year. Something is wrong there.

What goes wrong.... everything! Phone AI prompts for job, zip code, name, member ID put on hold to speak to representative who then asks all the same questions. English not primary language. Answers are from a script or because English is not primary, they cannot explain the answer, only repeat the reason for the screw up verbatim a 2nd time. They read what is entered into computer but don't understand what they are saying. I was on the phone for 30 minutes and still could not get my Rx filled. There is no communication if you put an Rx on hold. They simply fill it when they want. Don't communicate if there is an issue and just cancel the Rx. I will not use Humana for this reason. I will pay the extra $ to avoid this hassle. I firmly believe that this happens because people are on Medicare and they know they are locked in and do not care. Otherwise this company would be out of business.

I am diabetic. They hold the prescription for my insulin. For two weeks I have been calling and getting the same runaround answers. I have done everything in my power to get my insulin from them, with negative results. I wouldn't recommend them even if it was for dying animals. Humana should reconsider using their services.

Centerwell takes over practices amd doesn't let you know they've done that. Until you call your doctor and find out they only accept patients who are seniors but you have to have Medicare AND Medicaid. So I'm a senior citizen and can't see my doctor that I've gone to for the past 13 years.
