I really like the local staff and they are great and professional. The only complaint I have is the inability to connect with the office direct when I call “their” number. I’m always redirected to another call center location (it could be Maryland or some other state) to talk with them first. I have to explain my reason for the call and they try to call the office, I’m put on hold, wait, and they (call center) either gets back to me with an answer or leaves a message. I’d rather talk to the local office staff directly. The personal touch is lost when dealing with the “middle-man.”

Dr Leslie is very good at explaining all the steps he is doing during the procedure. Very patient friendly and caring. The staff is top notch!

Dr Edelman and his entire were always upbeat and explanatory of what was going on both good and bad. End results all good and I have and will continue to recommend the practice to my friends.
