No Fuss, No Muss, Solutions-Focused and Non-Judgmental
Within about an hour and a half, Doctor Barajas had taken a preliminary look and assessment of my legs for lymphedema, I'd gone through sonography (prepare for the slime they put on you for that), and based off of the results from there, they had a treatment plan ready for me to undergo. Based off of that, I was able to quickly and easily get my therapy scheduled, get all of my compression garments and massage machine ordered and in hand, and made arrangements to get my vein ablation procedures done. No fuss, no muss. More importantly...No judgment. Admitting you need help is hard enough, especially when your condition has gotten to the point where you have to admit you can't manage it on your own anymore. It's nice when folks don't judge and focus on solutions rather than chiding or haranguing you for your situation...especially as in my case it's a congenital issue rather than lifestyle.
