The staff was very nice. My visit was pleasant haven't started my treatment yet but I do look for to it.

Pleasant visit. Covid protocols in place and I felt safe during visit. Was seen on time and staff was pleasant and efficient.

They were pretty impressive at first. However the treatment plan was most unimpressive. I was told it would take 21 visits to their location to complete treatment. Being that im not retired, or have a months vacation, this was impossible. After phoning them, I was told one leg would take up to 7 different visits to complete. The doctor wouldn't even take the time to speak to me and explain. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY POOR. Would seek help elsewhere for your condition.

I feel all employees treated me with respect. They genuinely acted like they cared. I was never rushed and felt they really wanted to know how I felt.

This entire group of folks are absolutely terrific! They are all extremely friendly and personable. Their scientific knowledge is of the highest quality as well. Honestly, I’ve been to good medical practices before but this one functions like a team. It’s obvious they all like and enjoy each other and are just a great bunch of people. They’re timely. I never have to wait. I couldn’t think of anything they could improve upon. The physician, techs, nurse, other specialists and receptionists are just really nice people!

Great experience, I don’t think it could have been better. I had a large protruding vein on my calf that was ugly. I contacted Center for Vein Restoration and made an appointment. They did an evaluation and told me the cause and how it could be treated and I agreed to have the procedure done. Setup time 15 minutes, procedure was 5 minutes then I was out the door. The ugly big protruding vein in my leg is gone. Thanks DR. Illescas and staff at the Bloomfield office.

I am very happy with the results!

I had problems most likely brought on by previous hip replacements. This was the theory. Tests on both lega that were Swollen ,(previously treated with Lasix which did not work) showed problems with the veins. Subsequent treatment at the Vein Restoration Center over.a period of 6 weeks apparently resolved.these problems. I am very satisfied with the treatments. I have one more check/follow up visit. Looks good, & we live in hope
