All the staff are just lovely and…
All the staff are just lovely and friendly. On my. first visit, when everything was running about an hour behind and I ended up being there for 2 1/2hours (when I had been told in advance that a half hour to an hour was allocated for my appointment.)even then the staff was so apologetic and kept saying I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry you had to wait. My second visit was more on time. By the second visit, everyone seemed to know me!
