I HIGHLY Recommend going to the Center for Vein Restoration!! Dr Ives and All of his staff in the Fairbanks location are Wonderful!! (I’m sure the Anchorage staff is as well!) Linda, Rhonda, Kiana, Nicole (did I miss anyone??) and the PAs are All so kind, helpful and very informative on what all goes on with the procedure that Dr Ives will be doing. Dr Ives Immediately puts you at ease and explains it all again - he has a Great sense of humor too! If your legs need vein restoration - This Is the place to go! Thank You Dr Ives and the Staff at Center for Vein Restoration!

All appointments ran on time and as scheduled. Helpful staff answered my questions and explained printed info. People were friendly and helpful.

When this office was "Calcagno and Rossi" you could reach them on the phone, make appointments, etc. Now that they are CVR you cannot reach the office- just a person somewhere who answers calls. The last time I called to make an appointment (three days ago), I was told that they had no appointments available and that someone at the actual office would call me, which they never happened. The physicians are still excellent. It's the CVR people that drag it down.

Dr. Alpern and the Center for Vein Restoration staff are great! I highly recommend this place.

Professional staff, always efficient and on schedule. I've never waited more than a few minutes and once taken back things moved quickly and I was out in no time. The staff is courteous and polite and very attentive. My treatments are showing much improvement in my legs and I'm very pleased.

I got sclerotherapy on May 4 I tried to call with concerns left a message with the receptionist and never received a call back
