It was not what I expected plus recovery is too long and very painful. I wish they would’ve told me

Staff is friendly, the wait time is short.

Everyone is professional and friendly from the office staff to the physician.

Everyone's pain tolerance is different. I can honestly say this was the most painful experience I have had. I'm over 75 years of age so I have encountered pain in my life. I will say that after the procedures were done, the pain I experienced ended. The 30-minute procedure was a "white-knuckle", deep breathing, "OMG" issue. Some compassion from the staff would have been helpful. I believe the staff, while friendly, could explain in more detail what to expect. If you've never had this done, you cannot relate to the pain involved. Unless the procedures were a cosmetic one, I'm not sure I would have it again. I did have the procedures done because of the pain in my legs and wanted to know why and what to do about it. Thank you.

Staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable and caring towards patients the physician explained to me what he was looking for and doing he also provided me with knowledge of a certain prescription I was taking

The staff was very helpfull , courteouse, and everyone seem to communcate with each other.
