I experience was wonderful every one I came in contact with was extremely nice. You don't find to many places where everyone is nice. The doctor had a really good energy. He explained every detail about my visit and I was happy I was given this doctor.

Everyone was courteous and professional which helps put you at ease. Both the technician and nurse, along with Dr., took their time answering all questions. The front desk staff took care of scheduling all needed appointments and was super nice!

It was so nice to walk into an office that wasn’t backed up with patients. No over booking here. There was only 1 person waiting and then add myself who was checking in. Everyone was so pleasant and kind. From the minute you walk in and are greeted by the nurse receptionist and to all the nurses that take part in your evaluation. They guide you through all the processes as well as consistently tell you that at any time even after the visit to call with any questions or concerns. Everyone was eager to support you. Dr Harris was kind and pleasant. A man that spoke in terms you could understand. Did waste his time or yours. He validated every question and reassured that if you were a referral by say a GP or any doctor prior to your visit there that they will be notified of the results. It is a very efficient office. Also, it is nice to fill out all the paperwork from home ahead of the appointment. Makes it easy and seamless.I would not hesitate to refer anyone here. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

The Center for Vein Restoration, staff, and Dr. Illescas was very pleasant and efficient from the check-in to the procedure and the follow-up visits. The communications are effective and not like others overly excessive. The response time with registration was immediate and once completed a confirmation was provided with a please response. It made having the procedure so effortless. Thank you Dr. Illescas and office staff for making my experience so pleasant.

The staff at this institution is very caring, polite and attention to detail. They made my visit very welcoming and took the time to to really focus on my health concern. They did deep and thorough scans to pinpoint the cause of the pain in my legs and address it by providing me the best help. I am so appreciative of what they did for me. When I went to that office in was in pain and unable to lift 10lbs. They took care of the problem veins, and the next day I was sprinting and running, and by the third day I was able to pick up 10lbs. I highly recommend this office for all the right reasons.
