I was seen almost a month ago. I still haven’t received my pump. PLUS I paid $200 out of pocket for leg wraps and the mailed them to incorrect address. They were told at least twice about address. I’ve called the Germantown office repeatedly. No one has the decency to return my call. I am so sorry I went there. Amalia Zrinaldi

Ask how long your procedure will be.

I thought it was a free consultation, but was charged a co-pay. The doctor was not present in the office, it was a video visit. I was not told exactly what would be happening, what the procedure was, what would happen during my visit. My legs were not examined physically first, where they could see the veins were not varicose,but used the expensive tech first. At the end I was told that my veins showed because my skin was thinning as I age, and that I needed to lose weight. Feel like it was a scam.
