Tried calling 2 weeks already to reschedule surgery due to the 2 weeks outage of power here in Dyer, Indiana. Have yet to get any call back...very disappointed

My appointment was at 8 AM and I was take back to the room at 8:01 AM. They were efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and had a lovely anttitude and were very clean and sterile. The procedure was relatively painless and explained at every step. I was incredibly pleased and surprised at how quickly and easily it went, and how pleasant everyone was. Would definitely go again. In fact I am. Lol.

Staff is exceptional. From initial meeting to post surgery, everyone was very professional and yet I found them all very personable. I was comfortable in the surroundings- very clean and sterile environment. I am thrilled with the results.
