Dr. Liao and his Anchorage, Alaska team are excellent. They personify excellent standards of patient care. Amber was attentive to all my communication needs as my only complaint centers around the poor communication through the main call center and lack of being able to access the local provider. At one point I was told there isn’t an Anchorage office. Other times I was unable to leave messages for Dr. Liao and told to call back. Amber, Devon and Dr. Liao’s manner of communication overrode these poor perceptions. I was confident in their care. Dr. Liao and Devon worked as a synchronized team. They are excellent representatives to the face of your company. Unfortunately, it does not go the other way.

Very professional and knowledgeable made me feel comfortable and confident!! All employees were courteous and helpful!! I felt very comfortable with the Dr his knowledge and experience were in full display!!

Warm and caring patient centered and this from the initial visit, to reception, to treatment, to completion and to the final scan. Having had much experience in this arena of medical care, nothing surpassed the TLC team at CVR.

Doctor and staff amazing. Like when doctor tells you step by step what he doing. Always great experience everytime I go there. Thanks for all you do.

Doctors & staff are extremely helpful & pleasant. They explain each procedure clearly.

I didn’t know whether to do this, but once I went in, was very happy I did. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They all made sure I was doing well and understood my procedure. Was the best decision I did for myself and my health.
