Friendly staff!! Every time I have walked into the office I am greeted with a smile. The doctor has a great bedside manor and incredibly knowledgeable about what he does. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I had a severe reaction to the " glue" that was injected into my veins. My Dr. Was away on vacation in Aruba. He did contact me. However it was suggested by my insurance company that I contact the office and request an emergency appointment before my next visit. However when my insurance company called the office on my behalf with the reason why she was told that I couldn't get an appointment any earlier. I waited out the 2 weeks and went back to the office. I am so disgusted with the group in the office. One of the ladies that answers the phone or sits at the desk when you come in has an attitude and appears rude at times. While not everyone in that SW office is unprofessional.. the few that are give the place a bad name. I would never recommend that place to anyone.

the staff and Dr.Fried, can't say enough, very professional and friendly and never have I had to wait, very efficient would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone, GREAT JOB!!!!!
