The website portal is very difficult to communicate with. I tried to access several times but was told my credentials were incorrect but on my fifth attempt I was able to connect to check a message I sent on 3/19/25. But no reply was there as of 3/21/25. I just wanted to know if my insurance was covering my upcoming procedures?

She was extremely kind and attentive. However, I'm still somewhat confused on the complete diagnosis of my knee pain. Is it arthritis, bursitis or both? What are some remedies to ease the pain, aside from meds and more physical therapy? Is this something I live with for the rest of my life or opt for a knee replacement as discussed I would need sooner vs later? I did not see anything in the write up on MyChart, but it's still early since my appointment was today (3/20/2025). In all fairness to the doctor, I should have asked these questions vs thinking I was wasting her time since my condition, although painful, didn't seem as severe as other patients I saw in the waiting room.
