I shipped my Iphone 5s to them with the only problem with my phone was that the icloud was locked other then that it no cracks no damage and it turned on and after 3 weeks of no response I asked them to ship my phone back which they did but my device screen comes back to me scadderd and now they keep ignoring my emails and calls.

I sent them three smart phone and their advertisement at the time stated they bought blacklisted IEMIs, but would cost less. Over ten days went by and no word, I emailed them and they stated that they did not buy black listed IEMI. These were phones that I got from the cell company, so they were not stolen or anything. They were going to hold on to the phones and not send them back until I got nasty with them, and I still do not have them back. This company is deceitful and lies to try to get their hands on your phones. Avoid them at all cost. Sell you phones one Ebay.

I sent out my phone over 1 month ago. They responded quickly when it was time to send them my phone but disappeared ever since they received my phone. I have received zero updates or response to my emails. I am still waiting for an update and payment. I am very disappointed with my experience with Cellmefree. I feel like I have been scammed. Has anyone else had the same issue? Thank you for your help.

They sent me the envelope to send in my phone but I have not received payment & it has been over 30 days!

My phone was accepted on January 29, 2015. I have not received my payment check yet. I have contacted customer service twice and have been told the check was mailed.

The worst experience ever, they ignored the email instructions from CellMeFree regarding the PayPal email address to use and sent the money to the wrong one that has not been used for about 9 years and is associated with my details when I lived in the UK, I have lived in the USA for over 9 years now. I emailed We Buy Mobile to tell them of the error and I had no away of accessing the money as I no longer have a bank or credit card for the UK, they never bothered to respond. I ended up trying to sort their error for 2 days with PayPal. PayPal finally transferred the money for me but in the process I ended up losing money. I will definitely not be recommending We Buy Mobile and I for one will not be using them in the future!

Hello, I had sent in my 2 phones 2 weeks before New Years and I was told ny a letter that I will get my check within 72 hours it has been more than 72 hours I still haven't received my check i'm not happy about this

Many rude things have happened to me since I ordered a cell phone through this website. 1.) When my transaction did not go through I was sent several horrible emails with profanity accusing me of using a credit card that was not mine. 2.) I needed to return a phone. I was assured by the owner and several people in the company that they would send me a return label. Its been a month now they won't return my calls/emails and I still have not been able to return a phone. 3.) so I finally got a return label I month later!!! apparently the CEO, of cell me free, emailed it to me. why could he not just do that to begin with. All tell you why, they must work with other dealers cause cellmefree told me they kept trying to get my return label from market mobility. 4.) so I RETURNED the phone. I had to contact them again for the 100th time to follow up. They told me they would cut me a check. I asked them why they could not just return it to my credit card. Next thing I know I got an email from cell me free saying that they credited my account. There is no such transaction on my bank account. This has been a 1-1/2 month ordeal, and it's still not over. I have reported them to the BBB and CFPB!!!!!!
