Great customer service, flawless process. Ordered a very expensive magnum and was my first time using their services. Wasn't sure what to expect and the bottle arrived in perfect condition and packaging was first-class. I will use them in the future.

It is a great treat to have access to the inventory Cellaraiders acquires. I love researching the bottle and discovering great vintages and producers I may not be able to buy at retail elsewhere.

Ben was great to deal with when I called him late Saturday evening with question and later when I emailed him. Excellent response time and the wines I ordered were just as described and shipped promptly. Ben even offered to hold the wine to ship due to high temps in our region at no charge. Will definitely be doing business here again.

I have purchased a significant amount of wine and have been impressed with the price and service. Their website is barebones simple but works great. Easy to search. My one suggested upgrades would be a way to search new stock. All in, a great place to buy wine
