CellaraidersReviews of cellaraiders.com

Ordered 6 bottles. First 2 were cooked. We will see how the rest turn out. That's the chance you take with vintage wine. Last purchase before this one all the wines were excellent. I highly recommend.

Everything met my expectations. They were fast and efficient. However, they said they would contact me about shipping arrangements and never did, instead they just shipped the product. Seems like a major miss.

My purchase was held until appropriate weather temps and then sent and packaged promptly and appropriately. very happy with my purchase.

Ordering from Cellar Raiders was easy. They actually had the inventory they had posted. They answered the phone and found my order to arrange shipping, and they delivered quickly. I have not tried the wine as yet.

Good communication and quick turnaround of orders.

I think he is experience ,so can be make all the things to the most simple way, include photo attach (just attach some wine that he think not good). Actually it's a new experience for me.In usual i buying wine from some merchant, they are very kind to send all wines photo to me (because i'm buying some wine over us$300 /per btl and over twenty years old),it will make me have more confidence. (Sometimes too simple is not good for the customer:) ) Also always reply email with short (may be just few words) and slow (May be reply me two days later). I need to send the same email again and again.(May be your internet is not good enough to check the email.) However all the thing is go perfect at last (fast Deliver by UPS). Just too simple and slow :P

Wine shipped quickly, bottle was in good condition. A snafu with payment on their online site, but communication from company was good.

I've had very good interactions with Ben Wallace.
