Bought a 'certified' iPhone 12 for an overinflated price of $395.99. I complained that battery capacity is only 71% not 80%. Certified is suppose to mean that phone is completely inspected and free of flaws. Apple informs me the phone battery is degraded. Talked to store and they would not replace the battery unless I paid more money. They gave me the bargain price of $89 which is the same as Apple charges. Phone does not hold charge well even with limited use.

Sam was great. He repaired my phone quickly and properly. He was very professional and efficient.

I went to the cellairis Sutton Road Huntsville, Al John was the Customer Staff that took care of my needs. I am giving him a 5 star review because he was very knowledgeable and went and beyond his service. He took really good care of my iphone. I needed a screen glass ; he did a great job installing it and I also found the iphone case I was looking for there. Glad to have a place close by to take care of our tech gadgets. I took in my computer because of a possible sceen malfunction. I was told they would need to do a diagnostic to see what is the problem. I went back to the store on Johnson Ferry and was told that I needed a new screen and it would be about $400.00. I was charged almost $90.00. I then went to another store nearby and they did not charge for diagnostics and replaced the screen for $250.00 Do not recommend Cellairis. Use Youbreakwefix
