We needed a small part and couldn't find it anywhere, even on the companies own site. However after contacting the company direct they sourced the part and only charged postage. Fast efficient and friendly. It's disappointing to see the overall review rating, but I can only speak to our experience.

I upgraded my Celestron Origin to 678C camera but it does not work and I have had no support from Celestron after several requests

Red-alert Celestron Evolution has a known bad controller card. All scope mount boards are going bad. Not just some....all of them. They are taking advantage of this by charging 700 to replace it. Their first attempt was also a bad card. Recently they have a new revision but are forcing people to send the mount in at incredible shipping cost rather then sell the part for half the cost. Shipping parts is a normal part of their business but they are making a killing off their own flaw and are not sending the part to their resellers. Do not buy this product. You will absolutely have the same issue within months.

Incredibly rude company and a total scam. DO NOT TRUST. Chinese company and do not sell what they advertise. Their Trustpilot rating is obviously incredibly low but I have no doubt the few good reviews are fake

SCAM - DO NOT TRUST This company is a scam, they're products are made from a very cheap manufacturer in China. The man that set up this company - Jason Mulek - is a known scammer. DO NOT TRUST

From my initial emailed query to Celestron UK's Tech Support, through to the extremely good conclusion, the contact with them was consistently reliable, friendly, clear and very helpful. It's a long time since I've had such fantastic customer. Thank you.

Buyer beware. I purchased a Celestron SkyMaster 20 x 80 binoculars two years ago form a third-party vendor on Amazon (not an authorized Celestron dealer). It was a great deal. New binoculars at a significantly reduces price. After two good years of use the pin that connects the Helio gear to the eyepiece shaft broke. I understand Celestron not wanting to honor their warranty because of the third-party issue, but they would not even sell me the three parts that needed to be replaced. They couldn’t even refer to a vendor that sells their replacement parts. What’s up with that? Finally, I was looking at making a significant upgrade to my telescope. Celestron is obviously is off the list. If they won’t back-up their products with replacement parts, why would you consider this company for a significant purchase?
